Can I acquire accessible seating as a part of the travel package or VIP Package?

Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on Red Rocks availability. If you would like to inquire about accessible seating as part of the VIP or travel package, please reach out to us at [email protected] immediately after purchase. We will go over all available options. Be sure to include the purchaser’s name, package type, order number, quantity of tickets and specific accessibility request of your email.

I have an ADA Request. What’s the best way to request accommodations for my VIP or Travel Package?

If you need to request ADA Accommodations for your hotel reservation OR VIP experience at Avett Brothers Red Rocks please reach out to us HERE with the following information as soon as possible:

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.

For accessible seating requests at the show, availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on venue availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.

Our VIP Packages

How do I place my order?

Packages must be purchased online. Tickets will be available for presale on Tuesday, December 9, at 10am MT and will require a password or code to purchase. Tickets will be available without a password or code on Friday, December 12, at 10am MT. After you click “BUY NOW” you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.

Are these packages all ages?

There is no age limit to see the Avett Brothers at Red Rocks!

Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket with my package?

You will have the opportunity to select either a premium reserved seat or general admission ticket during checkout, pending availability.

What is a General Admission ticket?

General Admission (GA) tickets allow entry to the event but do not include assigned seating. You may be directed to a specific area to sit or stand, but no individual seats are reserved. VIP Packages include early entry, giving GA guests first access to the venue before the general public.

What is a Premium Reserved ticket?

A premium reserved ticket is an assigned seat. During the purchase process, you will see the location of your premium reserved seat prior to completing your order.

If you are purchasing a Perfect Space VIP Experience ticket your premium reserved seats will be in the first 15 rows of the venue.

Travel packages that include Perfect Space VIP Experience tickets will also have their reserved seats within the first 15 rows of the venue.

The Pretty Girl From Denver VIP Experience tickets and all other travel packages do not guarantee premium reserved seats in the first 15 rows of the venue.

Is there a ticket purchase limit?

Yes, there is a (4) ticket limit for VIP tickets.

How will I receive my Avett Brothers Red Rocks VIP & Travel Package tickets for the show?

All tickets for The Avett Brothers at Red Rocks will be delivered digitally. About two weeks before the event, your tickets will arrive via AXS, the venue’s ticketing provider. To ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend using the email address associated with your AXS account at checkout. You’ll receive separate digital tickets for each night of the Red Rocks run.

When will I receive information about VIP check-in?

About a week before the event, the original purchaser will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem all package elements. This will be sent to the same email address used at the time of purchase.

How will I receive my merchandise included in the package?

All merchandise will be available for pickup at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the show. Items must be collected in person at that time.

Please note that we are unable to ship merchandise before or after the event.

Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

There is no onsite storage available for guest merchandise. You will need to manage your merchandise at your own discretion. Please note that 100x is not responsible for any misplaced or unattended merchandise.

Is The Perfect Space VIP Experience pre-show a meet & greet?

The VIP Experiences are are not a Meet & Greet, and do not include any artist interaction. Personal items cannot be brought in for signing. If you arrive with items you’d like signed, we’ll ask that you return them to your vehicle. Thank you for your cooperation.

Is Parking Included in the VIP Packages?

Our VIP Packages tickets do not include parking. Please check Red Rocks website for more information regarding venue parking.

Is there a bag policy?

Please check Red Rocks website for more information on their bag policy.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my VIP Package?

All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for more details.

Our Travel Packages

How do I place my order?

All Avett Brothers travel packages must be purchased online. Packages will be available during the presale on Tuesday, December 9th at 10am MT, and available during the on sale Friday, December 12th at 10am MT.  After you click “BUY NOW” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday to select and finalize your order.

Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?

The price listed on our website for travel packages shows the full ‘per package’ price for two guests inclusive of fees. Please note – if you are purchasing a travel package before January 16, 2026, you will have the option to either pay in full or opt-in to a payment plan. See more details about the payment plan option below.

 

Is there an age restriction for the Avett Brothers Travel Packages?

Yes, to check in at the hotel, you need to be 21 or older. If you’re under 21, don’t worry! You can still stay in the room and enjoy the show, just keep in mind that the main person purchasing the travel package has to be 21 or older for the hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required.

Is there a payment plan for the Avett Brothers Travel Packages?

Yes, there is an optional payment plan for travel packages. If you choose the payment plan at checkout, you’ll be charged 60% at the time of purchase, and the remaining 40% will be automatically charged to the card on file on January 16, 2026. Purchases made after January 15, 2026 will be charged in full at checkout. If you select “pay in full,” no additional payments will be processed.

Please note: the payment plan can only be chosen at the time of purchase. If you pay in full when your package is purchased, the payment plan cannot be opted into after the fact.

Can I pay for my entire package before the additional payment is due?

If you purchase prior to January 16, 2026 and are on the payment plan but decide you’d like to make the second payment prior to the January 16, 2026 due date, you can reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at [email protected] and they can assist you.

 

 

How will I know where my seats will be at Red Rocks?

When purchasing your package, you’ll be able to choose either GA or premium reserved tickets. If you select premium reserved, your exact seat locations will be shown during checkout and again in your purchase confirmation email.

How and where will I receive my tickets for Avett Brothers at Red Rocks?

All tickets for The Avett Brothers will be delivered digitally. About two weeks before the event, you’ll receive an email from AXS prompting you to claim your tickets. Be sure to open that email and add the tickets to your AXS account.

Tickets are issued via AXS Mobile as the default. Please note that you must use the same email address you used to purchase your travel package in order to access your tickets in AXS.

When will I receive information about 100x Travel Package check-in?

More information and detailed instructions—including 100x check-in locations and schedule—will be emailed to the purchaser about 5–7 days before the event. This message will be sent to the same email address used at the time of purchase. Please note that 100x is not responsible for failed, blocked, misdelivered, or bounced emails.

 

How will I receive my merchandise?

All merchandise will be available for pickup at the 100x check-in on the day of your event. Items must be collected in person at that time. Please note that we are unable to ship merchandise before or after the event.

How do I utilize the roundtrip transportation included in the Travel Package?

More information regarding roundtrip transportation including details about pick-up times and locations will be provided via email closer to the show dates!

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package / VIP Ticket Experience?

All 100x travel packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchase the wrong package and hope to change your order, reach out to us immediately HERE and we will assess what we can do to help.

Hotel Information

What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?

100x abides by the hotel’s standard hotel policy, viewable below.

  • The Kimpton Hotel Monaco
    • Check in: 4:00 pm
    • Check out: 11:00 am
  • Westin Denver Downtown
    • Check in: 4:00 pm
    • Check out: 11:00 am

There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with the hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time.

What parking is available at the available hotels?

100x travel packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the individual hotel website.

How far is each hotel from the venue?

  • The Kimpton Hotel Monaco
    • 15 Miles (approx 20 minutes)
  • Westin Downtown Denver
    • 15.2 Miles (approx 20 minutes)

Will there be an incidental hold at my hotel?

You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in. Incidental holds vary at each hotel property. Please refer to the hotel’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges

I contacted the hotel and they do not have my reservation information, why is that?

We kindly ask that you wait to contact your hotel with any specific requests until about 1–2 weeks before your check-in date. Please rest assured that your reservation is fully confirmed on our end. We provide our hotel partners with updated rooming lists, including guest details, no earlier than one month before check-in.

Travel Package Requests

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?

If you’d like to extend your stay beyond your travel package dates, you’ll need to book the additional nights separately through the hotel. Please be sure to select the same room type included in your travel package. Once your extra nights are confirmed, you can reach out to us HERE  with your details, and we’ll be happy to request that the reservations be connected.

We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate – requests are not guaranteed and are subject to hotel availability.

All requests must be submitted to 100x by June 26, 2026.

I purchased a package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

Any travel package request must be submitted to 100x via email June 26, 2026

If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else, you will need to reach out to us using the email address you used to purchase your travel package in order to update the will call name. Please reach out to us HERE and confirm your order details including the email used for purchase, order number, and package type along with the new ticket holder’s name, email address and phone number in order for our team to update the reservation. Once you have notified us by June 26, 2026, the new package holder will be able to check in to their hotel room, pick up their event merchandise at the hotel, and claim the concert tickets associated with their travel package! 

If concert tickets are already in your account you will be responsible for ensuring those tickets are transferred over to the new package holder. Please find more details on how to transfer tickets via mobile and desktop.

Please note: travel package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, transportation and show tickets) and cannot be separated or split by day.

A package must be paid in full prior to it being gifted to another guest. 

I have a specific request about my hotel stay, how can I make that request?

All hotel related requests can be sent directly to 100x at HERE.

I need to update the credit card information in order to pay for my Travel Package, how can I do this?

In order to update your credit card information attached to your travel package payment method, please reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at [email protected] and they can assist you.
